The creative director with 15+ years of experience in the creative industry utilizes his unconventional thinking and hands-on attitude to generate out-of-the-box ideas and results.

His professional experience spans from running his own business, producing freeski films for Red Bull Media House and working with Adidas Brand Design to helping Berlin startups find their voice, help building an in-house content creation studio for IBM iX, and assisting major players like Volkswagen with their brand communication.

A husband and proud dad of two, the passionate cyclist, snowboarder, and surfer is constantly seeking to broaden his creative horizon.

After years of reflection, Jan realized that his best work and most enjoyable moments came during times of creative freedom and clarity. His belief in presence and creative flow inspired him to create AllIsNow.

Through the workshops, Jan aims to inspire others to experience the same freedom and clarity in their own lives and work.
